Steve DePinto embarked on his Real Estate career in 1996. Within one month he successfully graduated from the Century 21 Plus Training Program where he learned invaluable techniques to help both buyers and sellers. It wasn’t long before Steve was named Rookie of the Year due to his hard work, determination and strong desire to help his customers and clients attain their dreams. In addition to the Ferry training program, Steve enrolled in Floyd Wickman’s Sweathogs Course, where he was deservingly entitled “Shining Star”. As a thriving career in real estate proved evident, Steve soon became a broker associate and by the 3rd quarter of 1997 he earned the “Million Dollar Producer” award. Steve eventually sold enough properties to qualify to become a member of the highly coveted “Diamond Club”. By years end, Steve’s multi-million dollars in sales ranked him as the “Top Over-All Producer” for 1997, which he accomplished in record breaking time. In 1998, his career continued to take off and he was honored with the Top Producer award for the 1st and 3rd quarters of the year. It was at this time that Steve’s broker convinced him to take on the position of office manager. After his promotion to Manager/Broker Associate, he soon became known as one of the best trainers in his region. He personally designed his own Super Stars training program which has increased agent production by 42% in just a few short months. With his extensive knowledge of the industry and energetic approach Steve is often sought after for his “Motivational and Inspirational Speeches”.

In addition to hard work, Steve attributes his success in real estate to good communication and quality service, always keeping in mind the goals his customers and clients.

In late March of 2005 Steve formed DePinto Realtors with his first office on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola. Within four short months Steve and the Depinto Realtors Team were celebrating the Grand Opening of the Albertson Branch on Willis Avenue. With continued aspirations of growth in the real estate market he acquired his third location, Sammarco Realtors in Garden City South in June 2006 and is eagerly anticipating future expansion.
